I built the UX function for Vista's Agentic Factory. We work with Vista's portfolio companies to decide which AI products to build, then design them and ship them into their codebases in two-week cycles.
The work happens on site with each company's designers and developers, in cities such as London, Estonia, Bangalore, and many across the US.
Selected engagements
Duck Creek: a mobile claims intake product that started as a request for a smart form.
Assent: automated risk processing with human review, in production less than two months after the workshop.
Accelya: their first use case workshop, in Miami. They've since run the method themselves in Miami and Pune.
Also shipped at Finastra, Granicus, JAGGAER, and Model N.
